Exhibit Hours (subject to change):

The Exhibit Hall is located in Regency A and will be open to attendees on Thursday and Friday during the conference program beginning at 9:30 AM on Thursday. The listed times below are considered heavy traffic hours.

Set-up:
Wednesday, April 24: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tear-down:
Friday, April 26: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Thursday, April 25: 
Coffee Break: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Coffee Break: 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Opening Reception & Poster Session: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Friday, April 26:
Coffee Break: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Membership and Meeting Registration:

The number of waived registrations included with each sponsorship level is listed below. Please send your registration list to: lorena@aserhq.org by March 31 and include each attendee’s name, degree(s), affiliation, address, and email address.

Platinum Level = 8
Gold Level = 6
Silver Level = 4
Bronze Level = 2
Exhibitor = 2

Promotions:

The conference program app will list ASER 2019 sponsors and corporate symposium/workshop session information.

ASER will send an email blast listing all of the corporate satellite events to conference attendees and will direct attendees to the website for detailed information two weeks before the meeting.

ASER Alert ads are published after the conference and details will be requested with advanced notice.

Lead Retrieval:
